Summer 2014
There we were amongst family and friends at a summer barbecue. I walked inside, and when I came back out, there were my friends, standing in a circle, each one staring at this phone. Later as I went inside, there were all the kids, 3 huddled around a tablet, one with the parents phone. Here we were, all together, but completely absorbed in something else. I love my phone, and all of the technology available to us today, but also, it was then I decided that we needed to enjoy each other more, put the tech down, and get out there and enjoy each other and live.
That was when the idea for Unplug Apparel was born. The core of Unplug Apparel is an idea. It's about experiences, building lasting memories with friends and family, doing things we enjoy, and taking advantages of moments. We offer a series of products that express and encourage that very thing, as a reminder to ourselves and as an inspiration to other that might see them. Our hope is that our product will spark a conversation and the idea to "unplug" and go have an adventure will inspire people.
We offer a range of apparel items, focusing in on T-Shirts, because we love them! Our products come in a wide variety of colors and styles, with something for the whole family.
